Do you know what your employees are saying?

Are they sharing that someone is talking with them about their career aspirations and how to achieve them?

Are they telling the story of the impact your company makes on the community or the people your products and services serve?

If you can’t say yes to these questions, you are at risk of rising attrition rates.

If you want to avoid the silent quitting or the great resignation, it’s time to take action, demonstrating that you know the value of the people you employ related to your ability to serve your customers.
